Synopsis

In an extraordinary neighborhood in Puerto Candelaria lives Macha Machado, a friendly and hardworking cockroach dreaming of becoming a singer while working in her father’s vegetable store. When the Machado family faces the threat of closure due to health concerns, they join forces with their gang for a talent contest, aiming to save the store. Along the way, they discover their uniqueness and potential.

The idea

This story is an ode to the value of being different and the perseverance to fight for what is just. Metaphorically, through the characters and their stories, we will understand that respecting differences honors each person’s essence.

It’s a musical filled with equal parts drama and comedy, highlighting the importance of family and friends in times of need. All of this will give us the strength to fight for what we aim for, no matter the obstacles.
